A quick note to let Anna and Julia know that the wine we had on Sunday was the d'Arenberg The Galvo Garage – check out the tasting note in February’s section under Aussie round up and thanks again for a fabulous dinner!
Thank you Linda. As I write this I am actually looking at just that wine as I had to buy it again. I actually saved the bottle so I would be sure to remember what it was so I could get it again. We had this wine to lamb if I remember correctly but as we had a bit of it after dinner as well it works without food as well. It is wonderful and that will be my tasting notes (not so creative as our master Linda)
Originally from Sweden, I now live in London where I am lucky to work with something I truly enjoy: wine.
I first got into wine (professionally) when living in Dublin where I worked in a local wine shop. As most people in this industry my training is far away from wine, and also as most people in this industry I have a lot to thank my first ‘wine mentor’ Matthew Long for really getting me into the wonderful world of wine, and teaching me so much about it!

Your blog is fantastic Linda!
Thanks Anna - glad you enjoyed it as much as I did! Got a stunning Zinfandel lined up for our next dinner!
