- Originally from Sweden, I now live in London where I am lucky to work with something I truly enjoy: wine. I first got into wine (professionally) when living in Dublin where I worked in a local wine shop. As most people in this industry my training is far away from wine, and also as most people in this industry I have a lot to thank my first ‘wine mentor’ Matthew Long for really getting me into the wonderful world of wine, and teaching me so much about it!

Thank you Linda. As I write this I am actually looking at just that wine as I had to buy it again. I actually saved the bottle so I would be sure to remember what it was so I could get it again. We had this wine to lamb if I remember correctly but as we had a bit of it after dinner as well it works without food as well. It is wonderful and that will be my tasting notes (not so creative as our master Linda)
